Kirino gets in trouble with the law!

I bet no one sees what lesson Kirino learns coming at all.

So recently I received my Kuroko figma.  Waited pretty much all of last year since the game she comes bundled with kept getting delayed.

The game itself is a visual novel with some quick time events here and there using some rather nice 3D models. While I'm not fluent in Japanese I can vaguely understand what's going on... except Kuroko, I can't for the life of me understand anything she says other than her sentence ending "desu no".

Now that the setting is... er... set... we turn to Kirino.

I found these figma sized cola cans a while back, been wanting to use them forever now. Glad to see that I finally get to use them.

Hopefully this sequence of events is not too obtuse.

Also, hmm, what a familiar arm band, what a familiar gun too.

"Nice shooting there, son."

Yes, I know what you are thinking, the can in the air part was magic... or if you are exilehero, why is the can still in one piece?

I bet if you watched the movies as a kid, I bet you tried to do this. I tried, it's really hard actually.

Hopefully the gif played for you and loops, if not, make sure to open it in another window to see it.

Alright, who actually guessed anywhere close as to what lesson Kirino learned?

Also, this was pretty much just a shout out to this scene from Robocop 2.

To end it off, a nice PSA from Robocop!

It's been a while since I mentioned it so, don't forget to subscirbe to the RSS feed, our follow me or exilehero on twitter. All those lovely links can be found on the footer of any page.

"Wall-o-Figures"

Behold my version of what fellow comrade Tommy from the Inferno Project christened Wall-o-Figures. It's nice to finally being able to display my figures in a nice manner like this.

This also gave me the chance to finally open a few figures I had yet to unbox due to lack of space.

Although not as stylish as with glass shelves I'm quite pleased with the result. After all it was relative cheap and still leaves with space for future purchases.

I Have No Will Power

I ended up making an unplanned purchase last week.

With Alter's Exceed Mode Nanoha still scheduled for release this month, plus the movie version figma, Reimu figma, No More Heroes 2 and Tasunoko vs Capcom I'm in no position to leisurely spend money this month.

Well, what's done is done. At the very least I'm happy I get to mark off a figure from the years before I started figure collecting.

Every time I saw Danny Choo's desk I craved GSC's instructor uniform Nanoha. I shall crave no more since for some reason or another Hobby Search stocked her and I bought her on impulse.

I also picked up figma Canaan to make the shipping a little more worth while.

With this it only leaves two other older figures I must get my hands on. Max Factory Sawatori Makoto and Flame Haze Shana.

If anyone is willing to part with them for a reasonable price I will be more than happy to oblige.
